Founding, Beginning ​
Founded in 2006, Insight2Profit opened with the tactical goal of driving sustainable B2B growth through profit-focused pricing strategies. ​ Inisght2Profit uses analytics and signature qualitative tools to deliver insights and strategy to improve its client’s businesses. ​

In 2014, Insight2Profit expanded to Chicago to accommodate an exponentially increasing client demand and to access a more prolific talent pool. ​

Insight2Profit intensely believes in giving back. ​ ​ Insight2Profit participates significantly in “The Bucket” donating a percentage of its annual profits to the organization, Insight2Profit’s goal; sustainably impact 1 Million people. To date. Insight2Profit has funded over 60 wells in Uganda and has helped South Sudan’s schools, impacting over 38,000 pupils, with a positive ripple effect on 192,400 people total. Insight2Profit commits to donating a well for each client engagement. ​ New initiatives like “2/20” involve the company giving every employee $20 to “pay it forward” in their communities, their “Annual Community Day,” “Adopt a Family,” “Cradles & Crayons,” and Power of One” initiatives all seamlessly demonstrate Insight2Profit’s commitment to improving the world and an individual’s ability to do so. ​ Aside from sustainably improving their client’s bottom line, Insight2Profit seeks to grow their company the right way; achieving community outreach and global betterment.

Growth & Challenge
In 2014, Insight2Profit opened a regional eight-person office in a Regus office in Chicago. ​ Shortly following the office opening, company growth precipitated the need to add staff (and space) systematically over the course of the last six years. ​ Each office space gradually and noticeably became a bit tight with each new hire required; 8-10 people in 2014, to 12 in 2017, to 18 in 2018, 25 in 2019 and around 35 people in Chicago currently. ​ Having zero amenities at Regus, being geographically challenged and needing to have space and building features to augment their value proposition when attempting to recruit employees. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Success ​
In early 2019, Insight2Profit moved into their current address at 123 N. Wacker Dr. and in to the 13th floor. ​ The building, location, esthetics and design of the space along with the overall amenities have achieved everything they had set out to achieve respective to a new space. ​ They have even expanded already to occupy a larger space on the 20th floor. ​ The current building seemingly perfect for their ranks as they enjoy growing their business, even now in these very atypical times.

Energy, collaboration and even more company pride were the three most significant outcomes resulting from the new office space. ​ The teams were communicating more fluidly because accessing anyone in the office became easier than previous spaces.

Insights For Founders
"It’s your idea. ​ Focus on it and persevere; make sure that you remain focused and have faith you will realize your vision down the road. ​ Don’t let others tell you what to do with it. ​

Don’t chase every prospective opportunity. ​ Identify what you do (your company does) well; identify synergies, narrow scope then move ahead and scale systematically.

Be ever-mindful of customer feedback but look for patterns in the feedback, NOT individual responses. ​
