Our thesis for the TechLens feature is to share ideas, perspectives, interesting and provocative stories surrounding start-up or established companies in Tech. Corby and I really enjoy sharing resources we have happened upon (or sought out) which we believe to be relevant, worthwhile and useful.
In this, our sixth installation of the TechLens interview series, we wanted to hear from two successful serial tech founders about the role of the office; and how having a physical space or not affects culture, onboarding, recruiting, unity. We also asked for some opinions on what they expect in the coming months.
Jeff Ellman is the founder of Hireology, UrbanBound and HomeScout. Ed Scanlan has founded Bridge Legal, UpRight Law, Total Attorneys and mentors with TechStars. So grateful to Jeff and Ed for the time and a really great conversation. Please reach out with any thoughts, questions, topics or ideas you might have as we are very excited to continue this feature, mining the Chicago Tech ecosystem for content you actually are interested in.
Great things ahead, take care of one another.
