Our thesis for the TechLens feature is to share ideas, perspectives, interesting and provocative stories surrounding start-up or established companies in Tech. Corby and I really enjoy sharing resources we have happened upon (or sought out) which we believe to be relevant, worthwhile and useful.
In this, our fifth installation of the TechLens interview series, we wanted to delve into the labor and recruiting side of the tech industry and how employers and employees are proceeding, what considerations are being taken into account, and what experts in the field of (Chicago) tech talent procurement have to share.
Tim is the founder of one of the most reputable tech recruiting companies regionally; being relied upon by some of the most renowned brands and names in the ecosystem. Tim's clients range from Seed to Pre-A startups, to some of the largest tech companies nationally. So grateful to Tim for his generous gift of time and shrewd insights during our brainbending. Please reach out with any thoughts, questions, topics or ideas you might have as we are very excited to continue this feature, mining the Chicago Tech ecosystem for content you actually are interested in.
Great things ahead, take care of one another.
